Limitation of liability
90nine and its parent entities shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from inventory delays, shipping carrier disruptions, or the resale of products purchased through our network. In no event shall our total liability exceed the purchase price paid for the specific inventory order in question.
